Job Details

We are looking for a full-time, professional, front office receptionist who can assist with administrative duties. This individual will be responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, clients, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of other clerical duties.  We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter looking for an opportunity to grow professionally with a great team.


  • An ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Type 30+ wpm with accuracy
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, access and outlook)
  • Ability to deal professionally with clients, guests, vendors and associates both on the phone and in person
  • Has a positive attitude, organized and is able to multi-task
  • Work hours are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, and some weekend work during peak season

Staff Accountant


We are searching for someone who can independently conduct work on assigned tax and compiled financial statement engagements.  This individual needs to be able to develop understandings of unique accounting and tax concepts, as required by the tax engagements, and conduct/participate in professional development sessions.  Applicant should be diligently pursuing and satisfying the requirements to become a certified public accountant.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with an overall minimum GPA of 3.0 and minimum GPA of 3.4 in Accounting
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Quicken, and ProSystem fx Tax is a plus but not required

Senior Accountant and Manager

We are currently seeking to fill the positions of Senior Accountant and Manager.  Applicants must have 5-10 years of recent public accounting experience in tax, or preparation of GAAP financial statements, and a CPA license to practice.  Salary is negotiable.  All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.

Tax Supervisor

Job Details

We are currently looking to fill the position of Tax Supervisor. Duties include preparing larger, more complex tax returns, reviewing the work of staff and managing multiple clients, budgets and production goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of experience in the preparation and review of federal and state income taxes for individuals and businesses
  • CPA license to practice
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in tax and accounting software, Excel, Word
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written commnuication skills
